Not a CV. A story with data.
I’m Randhir Jha. I lead analytics teams by day and train for marathons before sunrise. Two years ago my resting heart rate was 78 bpm and my ambition was writing cheques my body couldn’t cash. I decided to treat my health the way I treat data problems: measure everything, eliminate what fails, keep what works.

The work
Deputy General Manager of Analytics at Landmark Group — 12 years across retail and e-commerce data in the Gulf and India. I mention this for one reason: the framework on this site was built by someone with a full calendar, a team to lead, and travel weeks. If it works under those constraints, it works.
The framework
Addition by Subtraction came out of a personal experiment: before adding anything — supplements, gear, training volume — remove what’s quietly damaging the engine. Eliminate, measure, then construct. My resting heart rate dropped 35+ bpm over a year, not because of what I added, but because of what I removed first.
The vision
Wipro Bangalore Marathon, September 27, 2026 — the proof point for the entire framework. Ironman in 2027. The long arc: turning this site into a reference for building endurance while holding a demanding career — the protocol, public, in real time.
